We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing business correspondence. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we process the information needed for that purpose.

Services used

We handle enquiries using Wix and our business email service. These providers process information to deliver those services. Wix may process information outside the UK; its Data Processing Addendum explains its transfer arrangements and safeguards.

Retention

We retain enquiry and project records for seven years.

Your rights and complaints
